There is a high level of confidence, since Jack is already familiar with the financial activities of the client and has prepared their tax returns and accounting information. Jack has also served as a trustee for several insurance trusts.

Jack recently had an estate with a significant real estate problem. Using his skills as a Certified Fraud Examiner and his in-depth training in fraud interviewing, Jack was able to uncover fraudulent activity in the real estate matter, begin to recoup the financial losses and come to a positive resolution for the beneficiaries.
